OmniaBar updated to 208.009 as well.
Auto Scroll Behaviour Has Changed in MT4 Build 783 (unofficial release)
So far, the charts enabled a freehand drag scrolling, regardless of the Auto Scroll switch position. Setting the switch on would force the chart to update its position on every tick, though the chart was still capable of freehand scrolling.
