A fix is included in the indicators of version 209.002 and higher. There is something rotten in unofficial builds 851-858 (CopyRates command kills the terminal application). If you got bad luck and already updated to 851, please download this zipped archive terminal.exe build 845 (latest working) and replace the 851 or above terminal.exe (you have to override the browser security).

If you upgrade your system (to the Windows 10 currently, but applies to any upgrade), the indicator license might stop working.
In such case, use the self-care reset form and reset the key. The key can be assigned again then. The page explains the reset procedure in detail.
When using the offline charts, the period separator seems to appear randomly. But in fact, it is not random. The period separator frequency depends on the offline chart ID you fill in the inputs. If you like to see the preferred separator, you should select the offline chart ID from its correct interval:
