I apologize for all the issues with the indicators that you have encountered over the past few months. The web server provider has been battling DDoS attacks and has implemented defensive measures. Unfortunately, they have blocked communication between our server and your indicators. I have addressed the issue with the staff and they have repeatedly fixed it at my insistence. The fixes never worked for long. Finally, I have come to the conclusion that it is necessary to move this website away from the problem.
The website is now fully functional and I hope all connection issues are gone.

Send me more information about the fault, like IP of your terminal, and the related terminal output. The e-mail address you entered never appeared in the system and your current IP does not appear in the logs either.
The MT4 Journal states the following issue, even thogh the Renko chart is M61:
2026.09.26 23:54:41.466 HistoryBase: invalid database header for ‘XAUUSD61’

Also I have another problem I’m using OVO Renko on my PC’s MT4 for backtesting and using the same Key for Renko on my VPS server for live testing but I’m having problem as the OVO doesn’t allow using 1 key on 2 computers. How can I setup so that I can use OVO Renko on both PCs?
You cannot update the address yourself, only I can. I did not find any request for changing your address in the past. You once asked how to use the indicator on two computers. I tried to reply you every day from Feb 19 to Feb 25 2025 receiving the same error: 452 4.2.2 The recipient’s inbox is out of storage space.
Your particular license is for a single computer, so you cannot use it on more than one.
