Metaquotes silently update the 1065 build when the terminal is connected to their data server, though no information about the update has been published.
Please follow their updates instruction to get the build 1066.
- Login to MetaQuotes Demo Account
- Close and restart terminal
- Wait, until the Journal log announces the update download finished
- Close and restart the terminal again
- Confirm the installation
If you do not have the Metaqoutes demo server in the list yet, append it in the Open Account dialogue:
Press Next and finish creating the new account.
Please, those who tried, leave a note whether the 1066 solved the issues with Mac.

I’ve been able to perform the above procedure and update the MT4 to Version: 4.00 Build 1066 (21 Apr 2017).
The indicators now work perfectly.
